Marketing Specialist

The International Marketing Specialist is part of the Corporate Marketing Team at the Company Head Office. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the assigned products in the osteoarticular area to ensure our international targets are reached. To make our plans of action influential on the global level, he/she will analyze the market, the competitors, and all the other major dynamics to develop proper campaigns, communications, events and other tools aimed to the target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain actionable information to feed marketing strategies. Monitor, analyze, and integrate available data sources on market trends, competitive activities, and customer behaviors.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to support our affiliates (B2C) and distributors (B2B).
- Identify and prioritize product positioning and customer needs to develop targeted marketing campaigns and drive product uptake and market share.
- Increase brand awareness in target destinations.
- Maintain relationships and cooperation with other corporate functions (Medical Affairs, R&D, International Business Operations) ensuring alignment on any matters pertaining the products management and the marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and other relevant stakeholders.
- In cooperation with the sales function contribute to the preparation and updating of sales forecasts.
- in consultation with the commercial function contribute to the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy of the Group's subsidiaries.
- Ensure that promotional activities are properly planned, coordinated and executed within the defined budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and guidelines.
- Track performance (market, competition, brands, consumers, promotion) to support the marketing manager on recommendation and action plan
- Monitor and analyze the KPIs of activities and brand campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes
- Organization of international Congresses and activities aligned with the Brand strategy
Required Skills
- Master's degree in Scientific Disciplines
- Good understanding of marketing strategy, planning, and execution
- Experience in communication techniques
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Open minded and flexible attitude. Pro-active and enthusiastic approach
- 4+ years of Marketing experience in healthcare
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Availability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Skills
- Proven understanding of different markets and cultures
- Previous experience in International Marketing
- Focus on specific skills such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation. Ability to use these tools to create effective marketing campaigns and measure results.
